ABOUT
Hi, my name is Suhani!
I have a deep love for storytelling and try to incorporate it in everything I do. As our planet is changing dramatically, with the beauties of undisturbed earth becoming vestiges, I am learning how this shift will affect natural processes — from our atmosphere to our oceans — and how I can communicate this transformation through smart scientific communication.
I recently graduated from the University of Washington in Seattle, where I got my BS in Environmental Science & BA in Journalism. With my interdisciplinary background, I split my time between writing articles and prose, and also engaging in scientific research. I am currently working as a Project Lead at NASA DEVELOP where we are testing the feasibility of using satellite imagery to monitor and distinguish Psuedo-nitzschia algal blooms!
